So in an earlier comment I mentioned that if you ever had an item that a regular store won't let you return, take it to Walmart. They generally let you return anything without a receipt. "My grandmom gave me this" works rather well. That is admittedly a bit shady. But if you wanted to take the plunge totally to the dark side, you can be like these guys:

Basically they build PS2s out of wood and stuff them with small dumbbells for weight. Then they return them and most likely sell the other one on ebay or something. Immoral and all, but highly amusing.
